Job Description

As Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include :

• Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions of the holding, including purchases, sales, payments, and receipts.
• Financial Statements Preparation: Preparing annual financial statements, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement in accordance with relevant accounting standards such as LUX GAAP.
• Tax Compliance: Ensuring that the holding complies with local and international tax obligations including preparing and filing tax returns.
• Cash Management: Monitoring and managing the holding's cash flows, including managing bank accounts and liquidity.
• Audit: Cooperating with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
• Financial Analysis: Providing financial analysis to assist management in making informed decisions on investments, acquisitions, etc.
• Financial Advisory: Providing financial advice to management to support the growth and profitability of the company.
