We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Worker to join our team. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the daily operations of the farm. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities: - Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as planting, weeding, and harvesting crops - Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment - Irrigate fields and monitor water levels - Assist with the maintenance of fences, buildings, and other farm structures - Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required - Operate heavy equipment for tasks such as plowing, tilling, and harvesting - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with the transportation of crops and materials as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting is preferred but not required - Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain farm machinery - Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor on a regular basis - Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills - Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Note: This is a paid position.
