- Collaborate with the Sous Chef, Head Chef and Partner Chef to plan and organise daily kitchen activities.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes, ensuring high quality and consistent standards are met.
- Follow recipes, portion control guidelines, and food presentation standards to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Handle food items with care, maintaining the highest level of hygiene and safety protocols.
- Monitor and manage food stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment.
What we need from you
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in culinary arts.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with the culinary team and other team members.
- Passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards.
- Creative flair and the ability to contribute to menu development.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.
